Our signature picnic settings blend natural textures, soft coastal tones and relaxed luxury, creating the perfect atmosphere for connection, celebration and unforgettable memories.

What’s Included:

Each group picnic experience is carefully styled to create a comfortable, elegant and memorable setting for you and your guests.

Your experience includes:

  • 2–4 hours exclusive hire time

  • Complete planning, styling, setup and pack-down

  • A beautifully styled luxe picnic setting, featuring layered mats and blankets, whitewash low dining tables, tassel-fringe umbrellas, dried florals, décor and styling pieces

  • A curated tablescape for each guest, including placemats, plates, cutlery, glassware, tumblers, linen napkins and coasters

  • Luxurious reclining beach loungers (up to 12 available) with soft cushions and floor seating

  • Optional high dining table with bamboo high-back chairs, perfect for guests who prefer elevated seating

  • Soft throws for cooler evenings

  • Ambient fairy lights and bamboo lanterns for sunset and evening events

  • Ice bucket with ice and still or sparkling water

  • Simply BYO alcohol or preferred beverages

  • An essentials basket including a portable speaker, bug spray, bottle opener and hand sanitiser

  • From $65 per person – for groups of 20 guests or more

  • From $75 per person – for groups of 10–20 guests

  • $99 per person includes Charcuterie hampers
